The RABDF/Trehane Trust Annual Scholars’ Dinner
The Trehane Trust are to host The Trehane Trust Annual Scholars’ Dinner on Tuesday 5th July 2016, the evening before the Livestock Event at the NEC. Historically the dinner has been held in London and attended by dairy farmers, producers, Nuffield scholars and sector leaders. However, this joint initiative allows even more dairy farmers to attend and provide the opportunity for the supply trade to meet with some of the UK’s very best – those who form the backbone of the dairy industry.
The evening will begin with a reception at 6:00pm in the Gallery Restaurant above the Atrium at the NEC, with dinner commencing at 6:30pm. An invited guest speaker will round off the evening.
Tickets are available at a cost of £69.98 per person inclusive of VAT and include:
- Reception drink
- Three course meal:
- Posh prawn cocktail with baby gem lettuce, gazpacho jelly, vodka & Tabasco Marie Rose, skewered tiger prawn
- Thyme & garlic roast sirloin of beef, spinach Yorkshire pudding, chateau potatoes, roasted shallots & carrots, thyme scented gravy
- Cropwell Bishop stilton, savory scone & smashed apple chutney
- Wine with the meal
- Invited speaker - Sandy Wilkie, business relationship and development director at Müller Milk & Ingredients and milk marketing champion
